One Property Recruitment are currently searching for a Team Leader to be the head of a major development in North London.
You will be overseeing a team of 12 as well as the portfolio of 7 high end schemes across North and West London. You will be joining an award-winning client who prides themselves on their reputation and have the results to prove so.
An amazing opportunity for a Senior Block Manager looking for that next step in career development.
Your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Weekly site visits to build relationships with developers.
- Ensuring sites are health & safety compliant.
- Attending new business pitches with the business development manager where required
- Project management of section 20 major works projects on the portfolio
Initially, you will be required to be full time office based with the flexibility of hybrid working available down the line. All travel to and from site will be expensed back to the company.
A package of £60k + private health insurance and 25 days annual leave is on offer.
MIRPM qualified is required.
