Fearless Coffee, a newly established and vibrant coffee shop dedicated to providing exceptional quality and a warm atmosphere, is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our enthusiastic team. As a Barista at Fearless Coffee, you will have the opportunity to craft delicious beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to creating a memorable coffee experience for our valued customers
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages with precision and consistency.
- Take customer orders, make recommendations, and ensure accuracy in order preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and seating area.
- Uphold our commitment to quality and consistency by following recipes, procedures, and brewing standards.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering questions and addressing customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork, respect, and open communication.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train individuals with a strong passion for coffee.
Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and coffee equipment is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to prepare a wide variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffee, and cold brew.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
